Welcome! To keep your stay pleasant for you and the neighbours, please follow these few rules. Thank you!

1. Check-in dalle [15:00] – Check-out entro le [10:00]
   Check-in from [3 pm] – Check-out by [10 am]

2. All’arrivo ci serve un documento d’identità valido per ogni ospite, come previsto dalla legge italiana.
   On arrival we need a valid ID for every guest, as required by Italian law.

3. L’alloggio può ospitare al massimo [4] persone. Se volete invitare qualcuno, scriveteci prima.
   The home sleeps up to [4] people. Please ask us before inviting visitors.

4. Vietato fumare all’interno, anche le sigarette elettroniche. [Sul balcone è consentito.]
   No smoking indoors, including e-cigarettes. [Smoking is allowed on the balcony.]

5. Feste ed eventi non sono consentiti.
   No parties or events.

6. Silenzio dalle [22:00] alle [8:00] [e dalle 14:00 alle 16:00], come previsto dal regolamento del condominio.
   Quiet hours from [10 pm] to [8 am] [and from 2 to 4 pm], as set by the building rules.

7. Animali: [benvenuti / non ammessi].
   Pets: [welcome / not allowed].

8. Raccolta differenziata: [porta a porta / bidoni in cortile]. Il calendario è [sul frigorifero].

9. Uscendo, spegnete aria condizionata, riscaldamento e luci e chiudete la porta a chiave.
   When you go out, please switch off the air conditioning, heating and lights, and lock the door.

10. Se qualcosa si rompe o non funziona, avvisateci subito: succede, nessun problema.
    If something breaks or stops working, please tell us right away. It happens, no problem.
