FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Everything about timing, printing, editing, languages and refunds.

01Why not just use the built-in fields on Airbnb or Booking.com?
Platform fields are limited and not designed for print. Our kits work across all platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and direct bookings), give you a professional printed welcome book to leave in the property, and include pre-written copy in 7 languages, so international guests feel at home.
02Can I edit my kit after purchase?
Yes. You can make up to 5 edits to any section after purchase. Each edit regenerates that section with your updated information.
03What if I only need one language?
We offer a single-language kit at $29. Perfect if most of your guests speak one language.
04How do I print the welcome book?
Download the A5 PDF and print double-sided on A4 paper (2 pages per sheet), then fold in half. Or send to a local print shop for a professional booklet finish.
05Is my data secure?
Yes. We process payments through Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant), store your data securely on Vercel infrastructure with private storage, and automatically delete unpaid drafts after 30 days. You can delete your kit at any time.
06What's your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with your kit, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. EU consumer protection laws apply.
07How long does it take to create a guest kit?
About five minutes. Fill in your property details, choose your languages, preview the welcome book, then purchase and download your print-ready PDFs instantly. No design skills needed.
