1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Hostpapers ("the Service"), operated by Derwish Rosalia, Netherlands.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Hostpapers generates personalized guest welcome kits for short-term rental hosts. The Service includes:

  • Print-ready PDF welcome books in multiple languages
  • Printable signs and checklists
  • Pre-written guest messages
  • A shareable digital guidebook

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR or USD based on your location. VAT is included where applicable. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. You receive immediate access to your kit upon successful payment.

Current pricing:

  • Complete Kit (all languages): €39 / $39
  • Single Language Kit: €29 / $29

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at privacy@hostpapers.com for a full refund.

As digital content, refunds after the 14-day period are at our discretion and may not be granted if the content has been downloaded.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property
  • Not misuse the Service for illegal purposes
  • Not share your kit access with unauthorized parties
  • Comply with local regulations regarding short-term rentals

Important: Hostpapers does not provide legal advice. House rules and content are templates and should be reviewed against local laws and your platform's terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the generated content for your property. You may not resell or redistribute the templates or underlying system.

Content you provide (property details, rules, tips) remains your own.

7. Edits and Regeneration

Each kit includes 5 free edits. An edit allows you to update a section and regenerate the content. Additional edits may be available at extra cost.

8. Data Retention

Paid kits are retained for 12 months. Unpaid drafts are deleted after 30 days. You can delete your kit at any time using the "Delete my kit" button or by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Guest behavior or disputes at your property
  • Accuracy of generated content (you should review before use)
  • Compliance with local short-term rental regulations
  • Platform-specific requirements (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Trademarks

Airbnb, Booking.com, and Vrbo are trademarks of their respective owners. Hostpapers is not affiliated with these companies. References to these platforms are for compatibility description only.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands, except where EU consumer protection laws provide for your local courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated via email to paying customers.
