What should Airbnb house rules include?

Cover the things that cost you money or reviews: smoking, parties, quiet hours, pets, trash and check-out. Keep each rule to one friendly sentence.

Do printed rules still matter if they are on Airbnb?

Yes. Guests rarely reread the listing after booking. A printed page in the home is what they actually see.

Professional guest welcome kits for short-term rental hosts. Beautiful, multilingual, and ready in minutes.
